• Consent records, including the SMS category selected, the date and time of consent, the page the consent was submitted from, the version of the consent disclosure shown, your browser user agent, and your IP address where our systems capture it.
• The content of any message you send us through the contact form.

We use your information to send the account notifications or marketing messages you selected, respond to written inquiries, maintain records of consent and opt-out requests, and operate and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS participation is optional. If you check an SMS consent box and provide a valid mobile number, we send messages only for the category or categories you selected:

• Account Notifications. Frequency: Varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message from the One Minute Auto SMS Program to end messages for that program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for program information and support contact details, or email support@oneminuteauto.com.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may share a phone number with the messaging service provider that delivers our text messages on our behalf, strictly so the message you asked for can be sent. That provider may not use the number for its own marketing purposes.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to load pages and remember your interaction with forms during a visit. If we add analytics in the future, we will describe it here before it collects data.

We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to document compliance with messaging rules, and we keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
